Handmade projects

Here is a little peek at a couple of projects I have made on my book binding course.
A Japanese notebook with a cover that unfolds and a classic black photo album which is my favourite (and it features my best corners yet).
Last class tomorrow night but I think I will sign up again next term. I see lots of Christmas presents on the horizon. Yes, I am going to be handmade and organised. Famous last words? I hope not!

Oooh a Japanese book-binding course? Sounds interesting!

If you're ever in Chicago, you should definitely let me know :) That would be a pretty long trip, you're in New Zealand, is that right?

Wow, those are great! I was wondering how the bookbinding course was going... Your books look very professional to me, it's so satifying to look at a book and think 'I made that' isn't it! Brilliant :)

Impressive, indeed! I am certain mine would turn out somewhere between a ball of string and a crumpled piece of paper going into the garbage can. Boo.

Hmm and is that a tin of Benefit Dr Feelgood I spy in the background?
